CONSTRUCTION NOISE: the following is not permitted: operating or causing to be operated any

equipment used in commercial construction, repair, alteration or demolition work on buildings, structures, streets, alleys or appurtenances thereto, in residential or commercial land use categories, on weekdays between the hours of 6:00pm and 7:00am the following day or between

6:00pm Saturday night and 8:00am Monday morning and on legal holidays.
