Shade Tree

Regulation and maintenance of all shade and ornamental trees and shrubbery on Borough property and Borough's right-of-way is regulated by a Shade Tree Commission.  In addition to being the final authority on Borough tree matters, the Commission also acts in an important advisory capacity on tree management issues that appear before the Municipal Land Use Board.
